2013 - MEXICO trip!

This was the trip that we saved all of 2013 for and it was worth it! We got all of the kids passports and took them along for a trip with Broghan's parents, his brothers and their wives. Eight adults and three kids was  the perfect ratio for getting enough down time and family time on the week long trip to the Maya Riviera. The flight down was a direct flight which was nice, but with delays on the tarmac for leaving and landing and a 2 hour wait for luggage...the trip down got LOOOOONG and we had some hungry and tired kiddos (and grown ups) when we got to the resort. But the sound and smell of the ocean made everything worth it. The trip included a lot of swimming in both the ocean and the pool, my first time scuba diving, a trip to some Mayan ruins, lots of fruit smoothies, and some great dining experiences.
